Services
DUNE DUNE provides social media management, content creation, and related digital marketing services to local businesses. The specific services, deliverables, and pricing applicable to your engagement are set out in your service agreement or onboarding documents.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business, respond to requests for approvals and feedback in a timely manner, and ensure that any materials you provide to us do not infringe on the rights of any third party. You are responsible for the accuracy of information about your business that is published on your behalf.
Intellectual Property
Content created by DUNE DUNE on your behalf becomes your property upon full payment for the applicable period. DUNE DUNE retains the right to display work created for you in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Payment
Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services on accounts that are more than 30 days past due.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. You will be responsible for fees accrued through the end of the notice period. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for cause, including non-payment or breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUNE DUNE's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Disclaimers
We make no guarantee of specific results from our social media management services, including follower growth, engagement rates, or sales. Social media platforms change their algorithms and policies frequently, and results vary by industry, audience, and market conditions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
